I wonder how you could go about doing a bike tour of the Alps. I know you'd need to be fit as, but cycling around in that beautiful scenery would be amazing. The air would so clear and fresh up there, too. I can just smell the woodland and the surrounding fields now. Pity I'm really unfit right now though. That sort of thing almost makes me want to start going to the gym again. One thing I always think about is unusual transport. I wonder how you could go about doing a bike tour of the Alps. I think it's important to have a car that can handle the situations in the alps and I suppose the can hire option from the airport knows what they're doing. I'd definitely also like to have the option of people being on call 24 hours a day. mmm sporty car. Don't forget to bring (or rent) snow chains as well... Driving to/from the slopes is tricky business!
